Several new residential development projects in Brooklyn, NY amazing Williamsburg neighborhood are moving towards completion now and within the next year. Apparently, the market forces and demand for new residential buildings in this hip neighborhood continues to be strong. 110 North 1st Street, is located between Berry Street and Wythe Avenue.

This project is being designed and developed by EDRE Development with Issac & Stern Architects along with DXA Studio. The 7 story condo building will consist of 38 units, 1 and 2 bedroom units, garden style residences, full floor homes and an exclusive set of penthouses. The general contractor on the project is Target Construction.

The units will have name brand fixtures and appliances and will come with either a balcony, terrace or private garden. Health and wellness amenities will include a plunge pool, sauna, meditation room and a fitness center. Other amenities will be a co working suite with a kitchen, private conference room, landscaped rooftop terrace w/ private cabanas, barbeque grills and communal spaces. Other amenities include a children's rock climbing wall, a children's makerspace with a large drawing table, a dog run, pet washing stations and on site residential parking for 20 vehicles for an additional fee. 110 North 1st Street completion is planned for Winter of 2023.

Developer Gemini Rosemont has presented interior renderings for 171 North 1st Street. This 57 unit condo building was designed by Fogarty Finger and will have a variety of indoor and outdoor amenity spaces.

Floor plans range from studios up to 2 bedroom layouts, plus three 4 bedroom townhouse style units with private outdoor space, double ceiling heights and access to private barbeque grill. All of the units will have wide plank flooring, name brand fixtures and appliances and spacious bathrooms.

Outdoor amenities include a spacious roof deck above the 7th floor, equipped with an outdoor kitchen, barbeque grills and a large bar. There is also a zen garden, a fitness center, an outdoor lounge, co working space, a children's playroom and a pet washing station.

The building services also include an automated parking garage, designated bike storage and general storage space. This building looks great!

The third new residential project we are highlighting today is nearing completion and is located at 228 Berry Street (bound by North 1st Street to the North, Grand Street to the South and Berry Street to the East). Designed by Fischer Rasmussen Whitefield Architect and developed by Berry North LLC. This 8 story, white brick, 50 unit residential rental building is 34,825 square feet in size for the apartments and 504 square feet of ground floor retail space.

There will be 25 below ground parking spaces and 25 open air parking spaces.

Bluesky Builders is the general contractor on this building. A list of residential amenities has not been disclosed yet.

The closest subway is the l train at the Bedford Avenue station to the Northeast of the building.

Completion date is planned for September 2023.
