A new hotel is coming to Stuyvesant Heights in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn New York. The planned 7 story, 49,199 square foot building will use 37,168 square feet for hotel space for 154 rooms. The hotel will be located at 9 Patchen Avenue, between Kossuth Place and Van Buren Street. Moris Yero shalmi of ABCNY is the project owner and Robert Bianchini of ARC Architecture is designing the project.

A 27 story residential tower called The Brooklyn Grove is coming to Boerum Hill, to be located at 10 Nevins Street, Brooklyn NY. The building will have 184 units and is being designed by ODA and Stephen B. Jacobs Group as the architect. Adam America Real Estate, Slate Property Group and Vanke US are the developers. Amenities will include 24 hour concierge service, package room, bicycle storage, a lounge with 22 foot high ceilings and a gas fireplace, pool table, 40 foot long skylit pool and changing rooms, private dining rooms with kitchenettes and lounging area, fitness center, dedicated yoga room, children’s playroom, a pet spa and a rooftop lounge with separate lounging and dining areas, barbeque grills and a pergola.

At the moment, just a concept, but a new residential glass skyscraper is being imagined in Dumbo to rise from the atrium of the Empire Stores. The project design is planned to create a dramatic architectural tower over the East River. The interior of the tower will be contemporary and elegant.

The largest development to come to Crown Heights is planned for 960 Franklin Avenue at Montgomery Street. This 1.4 million square foot mixed use project is being developed by Continuum Company and Lincoln Equities. Two buildings are planned here with the first building having 705,652 square feet, 39 stories high accommodating 810 residences. There will be 405 affordable housing units from the 810. The building will have 9,641 square feet of retail space and 113 parking spots. The second building will also be 39 stories high but a little taller. The building will be 663,662 square feet in size with 768 residential units, of which 381 will be affordable housing. There will also be 11,542 square feet of retail space with 9,678 square feet for a community facility and 67 parking spots. There will also be an open space for public and private residential use.

The local community will have an opportunity to voice their concerns on March 12th, 2019. The Department of City Planning will need to approve the project in order for the planned project to move forward.

A new mixed use building is coming to South Williamsburg at 302 Broadway, next to the J, M and Z trains. The building is being designed by PAUL. There will be retail on the ground level, a community facility on the 2nd floor and 24 rental apartments. Kazi Billah is the developer.
