In Downtown Brooklyn, on the corner of Boerum Place and Atlantic Avenue, there are currently 3 projects planned with 2 projects of the 3 already underway that will dramatically spruce up this corner of the neighborhood.

At 66 Boerum Place Midtown Equities is building a 160,000 S.F. mixed use development which will include retail, office and residential space.

At 252 Atlantic Avenue Renaissance Realty Group has plans for a 48,750 S.F. building with Pier 1 and Retro Fitness already signed on as tenants.

At 262 Atlantic Avenue a third project is planned by Laundry Capital which will call for a 2 story retail building.

These 3 projects are some of the first in what will be a major revitalization of the underutilized Atlantic Avenue corridor, according to The Department of City Planning for New York City.
