Graham and I would like to express our heartfelt thanks for the role you
played in facilitating the sale of mv family's home last month. As a
broker, your integrity and patience were paramount in generating the
sale. But more than that, due to a complex set of issues with our tenant,
what we thought would be a relatively seamless business transaction
turned into quite the drama.
Jeff you were, literally, our “hero" in this drama. You acted as liaison,
advisor, confidant, and “voice of reason”, minimizing the fall-out and
keeping all parties involved on track, until we reached our mutual goals.
You are truly a skilled professional, and we know that we were very
fortunate to have you in our corner.
At the end of the day, we hope you consider us "friends", as we do you.
