Samson Stages is expanding their growing operation into Red Hook Brooklyn, NY on the waterfront with more than 300,000 square feet of sound stage and studio space.
The site is currently home to Sunshine Lighting located at 744 Clinton Street. Samson will invest over $400M into the project. Hundreds of jobs for local folks will be created.
To be included in the development will be a new public park on the waterfront.

Samson Stages Red Hook studio is planned to be a vertical village, where the building structure is created from stacking of 8 stages according to BIG Bjarke Ingels Group, the building designer. In addition, there will be green terraces, parking within the building and Clinton Street will have a lobby entrance and a cafe. The incredible panorama of the Red Hook waterfront will have an intimate and unique space for the building users and the public.
