Cammeby’s International Group is underway with two new projects in Southern Brooklyn, NY.

The first project located at 626 Sheepshead Bay Road is planned for 7 stories totaling 161,000 square feet. This building will have mixed use with ground floor retail and office and community space on the floors above. There will be an 800 car parking garage as part of this building. 59 Architecture is designing both projects.

The second project will be the tallest building in Coney Island, a 40 story tower located at 532 Neptune Avenue. This project is a redevelopment of the former Trump Village Shopping Center. Phase one will be 90,000 square feet of retail.

Jacob Cohen of Cammeby’s says that “as longtime investors in Coney Island, we appreciate the unique cultural fabric of this community and have approached Neptune/Sixth with an eye toward creating a true neighborhood destination that supports the needs of residents and positively contributes to the area”.
