Brooklyn Real Estate Update – Focus on Bushwick

Real Estate Companies in Brooklyn and Real Estate Brokers these days are so encouraged by the incredible popularity, growth and development taking place here. There is always interesting and exciting news coming from several wonderful Brooklyn’s neighborhoods.

Here is an update on what’s happening with Real Estate in Bushwick.

Ever since the rezoning of Bushwick’s former Rheingold Brewery site, the Bushwick community including community activists, representatives of local non profits, members of the local community board and many area residents have decided to draft a rezoning proposal to be submitted to the city for a formal zoning process.

Some of the details of the proposal could include more affordable housing, a historic district on Bushwick Avenue, protected industrial areas, restrictions to keep a height cap on residential and mixed use development projects in the middle of blocks and an approval for developers to build taller buildings with affordable housing on Myrtle Avenue, Broadway and Wyckoff Avenue.

If you are planning to sell your Brooklyn, Manhattan or Queens  property, whether it is a residential property, a commercial building, mixed use, multi family, vacant land, coop or condominium or a development opportunity, call us. You will be very happy that you did.

Thank you.
