Bushwick is in Northern Brooklyn and is bordered by Ridgewood, Queens to the northeast, Williamsburg to the northwest, East New York and the cemeteries of Highland Park to the southeast, Brownsville to the south and Bedford Stuyvesant to the southwest.

Co op apartments are very reasonably priced asking $315,000 for a 590 square foot, 3 room, 1 bedroom and 1 bath apartment and $439,000 for an 800 square foot 3 bedroom and 1 bath apartment.

There is an abundant selection of condominium apartments on the market in Bushwick. The prices range from:

P.S. 123 Suydam located at 100 Irving Avenue. Grades served are 1 to 5, PK, SE and OK.

Achievement First Bushwick Charter School located at 1300 Greene Avenue. Grades served are K to 12th grade.

All City Leadership Secondary School located at 321 Palmetto Street. Grades served 6-12.

P.S. 120 Carlos Tapia located at 18 Beaver Street. Grades served are PK-5.

P.S. 376 located at 194 Harman Street. Grades served are K-5.
