Yes, we know that Brooklyn is the center of the real estate universe today in New York City and truly a global brand now more than ever before.

There is always the question of which neighborhood (s) in Brooklyn are the next hot, “it” place to live. What makes a neighborhood not just desirable but hot? Walkability to shops, good access to public transportation is a good start. Plenty of existing architectural eye candy also helps. Other factors such as a new supermarket or better still, imminent rezoning is a tremendous factor in making a neighborhood hot. Look at Downtown Brooklyn for an example of rezoning completely transforming the entire neighborhood with new development projects going up everywhere.

Flatbush has caught the attention of many 1st time homebuyers. Flatbush has an affordable housing stock of Co-op apartments, condominium units as well as single and multi- family homes to choose from that are priced less than similar properties a few subway stops north. Flatbush is culturally and ethnically diverse with gorgeous tree lined streets, convenient public transportation, great shopping, schools and so on. The popularity of Flatbush for investors and developers will begin to grow as a result of city planning coming close to granting more favorable zoning and FAR in Flatbush than surrounding neighborhoods.

Sunset Park West, home to large Chinese and Latino communities has caught the attention of buyers who recognize the great value of the housing stock here compared to Park Slope and Fort Greene. The redevelopment and reimagining of Industry City on the waterfront edge of Sunset Park has helped to boost residential momentum. The gorgeous waterfront green space Bush Terminal Park has also added to the attractiveness of the neighborhood to young families and singles.

If you are interested in selling your property or you know someone who is planning to sell their Brooklyn NY property, whether a residential property,  a multifamily building, a commercial property, mixed use, multi family, co op or condo, vacant land or a development opportunity, call us. You will be very happy that you did.

We always bring our clients the top market price for their property and provide exceptional personalized service from initial consultation to closing.

Thank you,
