Since 2013 Belvedere Capital, Jamestown and Angelo Gordon &Co. began remodeling and reimagining Industry City and its 30 acre complex and 6.5 million square feet of space.

The 16 buildings that comprise Industry City were originally part of historic Bush Terminal.

The cost of the Industry City makeover is projected to be approximately $1B. 

Rents at this mixed complex of Industrial and Commercial buildings with a variety of retail spaces is in the range of $15 to $35 per square foot. Tenants range from The Brooklyn Nets Basketball Team who have a training Center at the top of 168 39th Street to Tech companies, media and marketing companies, manufacturers, artisans, designers, artists and food businesses.

Touring Industry City, you will undoubtedly develop and appetite. The Industry City Food Hall is located at 254 36th Street. Some of the tenants at the food hall include Ends Meat a Salumeria, Chinese crepe maker Jianbing, Li- Lac Chocolates, One Girl Cookies and organic ice crème maker Blue Marble.

The next Industry City buildings planned for renovation are 80 39th Street and 147 41st Street.
