My wife and I decided to go with an agent to sell our house. We met with 2 agents Jeff and Kam from the Accord Real Estate Group. We were very impressed with both of them. Kam's friendliness and reassuring smile helped to put our minds at ease. Jeff's honesty and integrity was very evident as he spoke to us about the best way to market the house. Kam was the face of this dynamic duo. She would show potential buyers the ins and outs of the house in her very helpful manner. Weekly she would update us on the results of her showings and reassure us that there would be no problem selling the house. This went on for 2 months and then we had several firm offers and of course we accepted the highest bid. Along the way we wanted the house inspected and needed a lawyer for the closing. Both recommendations were outstanding. It should have not come as a surprise since the Accord Real Estate Group has been operating in Brooklyn for over 20 years. I know without Kam's and Jeff's diligence we would still have not sold the house. We were totally satisfied and would highly recommend Kam and Jeff.
