I recently completed a sale of my mother's Brooklyn home with Jeff Grandis at Accord Real Estate Group. This was a process long in the making from my end but Jeff was extremely patient and understanding. Jeff impressed me with his knowledge of the neighborhood and market. He priced the house to sell and we would wound up getting even more than I thought we would have. When we had an issue with the first buyer bowing out, Jeff was not concerned and we had a new buyer in less than a week.
I was extremely impressed with how attentive Jeff was. My phone calls were always returned promptly (even when Jeff was on vacation) and I was kept updated as to what was going on. I definitely would use Jeff and Accord Real Estate Group again should I ever need to buy or sell a home again.
